Carnegie Trust for the Universities of Scotland – Research Incentive Grants (formerly small grants)

The Carnegie Trust Research Incentive Grants aim to support short research projects, either of a stand-alone nature or in the form of an initial study that could be expected to lead to a more extensive project. The principal criterion for the award of a Research Incentive Grant is that the planned research is of excellent quality and is likely to be of benefit to one or more of the universities of Scotland.

The Carnegie Trust wishes to encourage Early Career Researchers and will give special consideration to applicants who are within 5 years (excluding breaks) of starting their independent academic career.
The next submission deadline is 15th September 2015, 5PM.
