Horizon 2020 - European Research Council (ERC) & Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions
The deadlines for the applications to the Horizon 2020 ERC calls are approaching us quickly. Research Business Development & Contracts (RBDC) are arranging for Edward Ricketts, from the UK Research Office, to visit St Andrews on Wednesday 12th February 2014. He will be giving separate presentations on the ERC, the Marie Curie actions, and on the financial changes affecting Horizon 2020. You should have received Venue/Programme details by email. Although registration is not essential, it would be useful to estimate the numbers for refreshments. Please email ts29@st-andrews.ac.uk if you are planning to attend.
The deadline for the ERC Starting Grants is 25th March, the Consolidator Grants is 25th May and the Advanced Grants is 21st October 2014.
The deadline for the Marie Cure Researchers’ Night call is 4th March 2013, the ITNs are 9th April 2014 and the RISE is 24th April 2014. The call for the Marie Curie Fellowships is expected to be announced on 12th March 2014, with a deadline of 11th September 2014.
