Leverhulme Research Leadership Award Scheme
The aim of the Scheme is to support those who have succeeded in beginning a university career but who are then confronted with the task of building a research team of sufficient scale to tackle an identified but distinctive research problem. The award is worth up to £1 million with a duration of up to five years. Please find full details here.
Please note there is one application permitted per institution.
An internal deadline has been set for 5pm on 23rd March 2012. Applications should be sent to rpo@st-andrews.ac.uk marked for the attention of the Deputy Principal. Prof Hawkesworth will review outline proposals and will select one application on behalf of St Andrews based on the following selection criteria:
• CV for the group leader
• Statement of the intended research (3-4 pages)
• Draft budget
